Customer Booking
The User may book services offered by the Company through the Website, subject to availability. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including without limitation all information requested on the booking form.
Payment
The User will be required to make payment for services booked through the Website, either through online payment methods or alternative payment arrangements as agreed with the Company. In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to cancel the User's booking without liability.
Vendor Tracking
Vendors may keep track of the total construction material received by the Company through the Website. The Company agrees to pay the vendor for materials received, as per the agreed payment terms.
Termination
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the User's access to the Website or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising from the use of the Website or the services provided through it.

The User, the Company, and its vendors agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged through the Website, including without limitation all information marked confidential or proprietary.

Dispute Resolution
