Location Data (HRM): For Partner employees using the Anuda HRM App, we collect real-time location data and attendance records to ensure productivity and site visit verification.

• To provide the services requested by the User, including the processing of payments;
• To communicate with the User regarding the User's booking or account;
• To manage Franchise operations, including lead allocation (Self vs. Company Leads) and commission calculations;
• To track project progress via the CRM and HRM systems;

The Company will not disclose the User's Personal Data to third parties, except as follows:

Security & Data Integrity
The Company takes reasonable measures to protect the User's Personal Data. Partners are strictly prohibited from exporting, copying, or sharing client data (Leads/CRM data) with external parties or competitors. Any such breach is subject to legal action and immediate termination.
User Choices
The User may opt out of receiving communications from the Company by following the opt-out instructions included in such communications. The User may also update or correct the User's Personal Data by logging into the User's account on the Website.
